Qualifications

Work you’ll do
- Analyses, reports, and presentations for leadership/management meetings.
- Monitor and manage team’s mailbox including, the review and organization of incoming emails, follow up with stakeholders and escalate/coordinate with US and India team, as applicable.
- Develop in-depth understanding of the US Firms’ businesses and enabling areas to provide quick response and guidance based on potential risks.
- Collaborate across Confidentiality & Privacy service areas
- Support USI specific initiatives (e.g., Confidentiality & Privacy specific initiatives or consultations with USI professionals)
- Provide general support on various projects involving process and automation solutions
- Assist in the creation and update of artifacts (e.g., recurring forms, templates, tools) to improve efficiencies for rapid response of recurring incident activities
- Organize and manage central repository for recurring forms, templates and other knowledge sharing documents to enhance efficiencies across US and USI teams
Required skills:
- Knowledge of information technology processes and architectural concepts
- Risk and compliance experience
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Proficiency in Office 365
