Responsibilities
- Build high-performing client code that is fast, testable, scalable, and high quality.
- Drive strong collaboration with other engineers, designers and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on great solutions
- Contribute to code reviews and documentation, and take on complex bug fixes
- Ensure code is well monitored and well tested
- Own outcomes right from requirements, implementation, and launch and post-launch operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a preference for Computer Science degree
- 1+ years experience with Javascript (ES6), HTML5, CSS and experience with modern Javascript frameworks (e.g., React)
- Understanding of modern frontend ecosystem, including but not limited to bundling, linting, testing and releasing.
- Experience with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha, Chai)
- Experience with writing REST or GraphQL APIs or at a minimum integrating with APIs
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies
- Familiarity writing cross-browser compliant HTML & Sass/CSS
