Overview:
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure software solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Python, React Native, and data analytics. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring our software products are intuitive, secure, and optimized for performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all phases of software engineering, including design, development, testing, and deployment in an Agile environment.
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using Java, Python, and React Native.
- Collaborate within a Scrum team to deliver new features, ensuring that all components integrate smoothly across different platforms.
- Design and implement software solutions that are secure, scalable, and efficient.
- Build and maintain custom modules and integrations with external services and APIs.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
- Use data analytics to gather insights and improve application performance and user experience.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and team learning.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Qualifications: Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java and Python for backend development.
- Experience with mobile development using React Native and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Angular/React
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and tools such as SQL and Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Understanding of REST APIs, Micro-services architecture, and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment, especially in AWS.
- Experience with mobile-first development and multi-browser compatibility.
